Itinerary

Day 1: Arrival Sofia → Veliko Tarnovo

Land at Sofia Airport, private transfer to Veliko Tarnovo (former Bulgarian capital).
Afternoon guided walk of the Tsarevets Fortress and Old Town.

Day 2: Veliko Tarnovo → Arbanasi → Plovdiv

Visit Arbanasi village and its historic churches.
Transfer to Plovdiv; evening stroll through Old Town and Roman Amphitheatre.

Day 3: Plovdiv & Thracian Valley Wine Tasting

Morning guided tour of Plovdiv.

Day 4: Plovdiv → Kazanlak → Stara Zagora (Midalidare Estate)

Visit Kazanlak’s Rose Valley and a Thracian tomb; cliffside beehive tombs.
Stay at Midalidare Estate winery hotel for wine museum visit, tasting of ~8 premium wines + dinner.

Day 5: Stara Zagora → Sofia

Morning city attractions at Stara Zagora (Roman Forum, Neolithic Museum).
